Todays 2nd-12th grade lacrosse coaches expect their players to be able to catch and throw, and cannot devote practice time to working on these core fundamentals.
Like any sport, confidence is everything. If a kid doesn't have confidence in their stick, then they won't have confidence in any other part of their game. If they're not confident in their ability to catch a ball, then they won't even try to get open for the game-winning shot. Our mission is to build confidence and competitiveness in these young players.
